STEP FORWARD!

DATE: Friday-Saturday, February 24th to 25th

• Meet at the SSC Sanford/Lake Mary campus "C" building @ noon on Friday, February 24th.
• From there we will drive to the off campus location where the retreat will take place.
• We plan to have back on campus by 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 25th.

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO ALL SSC STUDENTS!!!!!

EMERGING LEADERS (first time participants), will be introduced to basic leadership concepts that will include, Myers Brigs personality type, Situational Leadership theory, Effective Teamwork Strategies, problem solving activities, and the value of positive and constructive feedback.

ADVANCED LEADERS (returning participants), will receive training in a whole new variety of leadership topics, teambuilding activities, and practice receiving and delivering positive/constructive feedback effectively.

The deadline to sign up for the Fall Emerging & Advance Leadership Institute is Thursday, February 16th by 4:00 p.m.

You will receive an email confirmation once you have been accepted to attend the institute.

Following that you will receive additional information for the event.
